Social Host Ordinance

I am interested in success stories concerning social host laws as they relate to communities or counties.  Does law enforcement see these laws/ordinances as positives?

Community Networking

We are just beginning the process of using blogs to hopefully network with other communities who are interested in reducing substance abuse. In this case, beginning means we are quite ignorant of the process but are interested in learning!
